I was very pleased with Yukon Travel and the personal touch offered by Sandrine Duffieux. There were multiple changes in dates and flight times with Air North and Air Canada, and she handled these very well. Her communication with me was very timely and extremely helpful, particularly with the changing COVID landscape and travel restrictions.

Air: My flights with Air North to Vancouver and back were, as always, excellent. Due to COVID restrictions of course, service on board was limited. But they did treat us with a warm chocolate chip cookie on the return flight. And I'm grateful that they could check my luggage through to Toronto.

The Air Canada flight from Vancouver to Toronto was also excellent. Again, service on board was understandably limited. The middle seats in the rows of three were left vacant, and I appreciated the space and safety. On the return flight from Toronto to Vancouver, the Airbus plane was full with no space between passengers. However, we all wore masks and used hand sanitizer frequently.

Flights were on time, and connections were perfect. My checked baggage, with some personal help from the Air Canada counter staff in Toronto went through to Whitehorse.

The trip in general was fine.
