Tour with Trafalgar: The tour was excellent. For convenience, that was 'top hat' for me. I was well cared for by you and the Trafalgar travel director, Robert Lehua. He was an excellent director with well-researched knowledge of the places we visited. He kept his eye on everyone but particularly those who needed a little more help, and me - his only international guest! Being on my own, that meant a lot to me. As a single, older person (only one other traveller in his 30s was single and he coped just fine), I was noted often to be sure all was going well and I sure appreciated that.

Air: The flights with Air North, WestJet and Hawai'ian Airlines were all on time and quite smooth as we had good weather. The connection in Honolulu was excellent - the hostess Ana contacted me with a phone call to be sure I'd be with her to catch the shuttle to the Twin Fin Hotel.

Hotel: The overnight stay in Vancouver was great - I love the Accent Inn at the airport. Staff is always very helpful.
