Booking your travel with the Yukon Travel website involves an agreement between you and the travel product supplier who provides the services for which you have paid.

Please review all the terms and conditions listed as it provides the basis for the conditions relating to services of both Yukon Travel and the travel product supplier.

Payment:

Must be made by approved credit card in full. By booking through the Yukon Travel website authorization is given for payment and indicates your compliance with the booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft.

Full Payment is required at the time of confirmation and is non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of cancellation insurance and have provided the appropriate link for your convenience.

Cancellation fees:

Penalties will depend on the individual travel product supplier policies. You will be advised of the charges and a $60.00 administration fee will be applied to all cancellations in addition to the charges of suppliers.

Changes:

You will be charged a change fee of $60.00 per person for each change made, plus any applicable fee imposed by the travel product supplier.

Documentation:

Itineraries may include transborder and international destinations. It is the responsibility of the passenger to obtain at their expense all necessary documentation required by the relevant government authorities. Custom and/or immigration officials can, at their own discretion, deny the passenger entry into their country. Yukon Travel will not be held responsible for denied entry under any circumstance. It must be noted that the reservations made, must be made in the correct legal name of the passenger as shown on the official travel document (i.e. passport).

Flight times:

All flight times are subject to change with or without notice. We recommend that you contact the appropriate carrier within 24 hours of travel to reconfirm departure time and airport check-in requirements.

Yukon Travel reserves the right to allow clients to access this site, and may at its discretion terminate access to any user for any reason including abuse or misrepresentation.

Yukon Travel makes no representations or warranties with respect to the site and contents. Yukon Travel may make changes on the site at any time without notice, and may change the booking conditions at any time with such changes to take effect immediately upon posting.
